SBESA’s Current Short Term Action Plan: What You Can Do To Help.

SBESA was formed to unite all businesses and associations in the event services industry to create one unified voice, bringing strength in numbers. The association’s goals of receiving government grants instead of loans, loan forgiveness, extended government support, and increased eligibility can only be achieved by an association with a large number of supporters.

Provincial Government Proposal: Meetings, Banquets and Events – The Forgotten Sector

The Meeting and Event Spaces Work Group recently submitted a provincial proposal pleading for immediate support for our industry on April 29, 2021. The proposal was submitted to Kevin Finnerty, Assistant Deputy Minister, Culture Division, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport and Tony Marzotto, Director, Tourism Policy and Research, Tourism, Culture And Sport.
